I'm in a season of life where burn out can happen very easily! I have to constantly remind myself not to over commit. It's taken me a while to hone this skill and I don't always get it right, but over the last couple years I've gotten better at it.
I understand the burnout so well, but am working on not solving other peoples problems. I get better and better every day. I learned the hardest word in the English Language is "NO"! A small, two letter word that is so, so hard to say....untill you start saying it with regularity! The more you say it, the easier it gets. Practice...No, ah, no, sorry no, maybe next time but for now, no! See all the ways it can be said? Just keep on keeping on.
P.S. Where can I buy one of the Bregdan Principal posters? Thank you ladies for all your wonderful stories and advice! Margaret Prince Morgan, Wasilla, AK

Good for you! I know how challenging it can be. One of my favorite questions to myself is to ask if my action will create Simple Easy Peace. It not...
A great reminder! I join you in looking at my choices!
I ask myself on a daily basis... Will this action/decision bring Simple Easy Peace. If not...
