If you have health problems then, I encourage you to use herbal medicines, herbs and holistic health approaches rather than conventional medications which poisons the body and is a big money making scam for the big pharma and medics. Rarely has that method cured anyone. The ancient civilizations used herbs, spices and natural tinctures to cure all kinds of ill health. It also was used for overall wellbeing.

It is how women can control their bodies better.

Hello Pauline. I couldn't agree more! I write a series of historical novels called The Bregdan Chronicles. One of my main characters is a woman doctor in the 1800's. She used herbs and homeopathy in her practice. I have learned so much writing these books. I use nothing but natural remedies for myself and my family! Welcome to I Am A Bregdan Woman!

Hello Ginny,

Herbal medicines, holistic health and knowledge is what makes a Bregdan woman in control of herself and very rich, not necessarily money and all material goods which one can lose in 5 minutes if not wise with it. Because that is earthly things and that never lasts forever. Health, knowledge is far richer and natural you cannot beat. Ancient civilisations used all natural, so they were more in control of their healths, well-beings and welfares than we are today with so many manmade things in our modern technical age we all live in.

In the future how things are going now, maybe living off grid naturally, is the only way to survive a corrupt and very greedy society with the cost of living crisis, now in our world.

Thank you for your warm welcome by the way!

This story touches my heart. This shows even more why women should have control over their bodies. Men still have too much control over their bodies .

Amen to that!!!!! It's so wild that the Comstock Law they're trying to use again was created in 1873. I'll be writing about it in my new book.

Wow! I was familiar with the Safe Haven laws, but never knew the origin story of where they came from. This Bregdan woman has a pure heart of gold!

Yes, she does! I absolutely can't fathom someone wrapping a baby in a pink blanket and throwing it off an overpass. I suppose I'm glad I can't fathom it! I'm so grateful she turned that horrible act into a legacy of incredible good!
